Technical Implementation

The "Nemokumo Vedlys" system consists of three main modules:

Insolvency Risk Assessment Tool: This module allows companies to evaluate their activities and insolvency risk by answering questions related to their financial condition and receive suggestions and information on reducing insolvency risk.

Restructuring Plan Guide: A digital tool to help create a restructuring plan in compliance with legal requirements, specifically tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.

More About Insolvency: An information module with FAQs about the restructuring and bankruptcy of legal and natural persons, including legal recommendations and sample forms.

Functional Features

• Data Input and Analysis: The system enables easy data input and analysis, preparation of restructuring plans, and detailed information on insolvency.
• Data Privacy: Ensures personal data is not stored for more than three days after closing the internet window.
